- No support for deposit refunds or date changes on weekends (Friday, Saturday) and holidays.

II. SURCHARGE POLICY
- Early check-in:
+ Before 7:00: 100% room rate
+ From 7:00 to 9:00: 50% of room rate
+ From 9:00 to 12:00: 30% of room rate
- Late check-out:
+ From 12:00 to 15:00: 30% of room rate
+ From 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.: 50% of room rate
+ From 5:00 p.m.: 100% room rate
- Children:
+ Children under 6 years old: free
+ From 7 years old - under 11 years old: 100,000 VND/child/night
+ From 11 years old and up same as adult price: 200,000 VND/guest/night
* Bringing strong-smelling food and drinks into the room: surcharge of VND 200,000
* Room too dirty: extra charge 100,000 VND
III. SERVICE FEES
- Washing: 15,000 VND/item
- Ironing: 10,000 VND/piece
